Great question. No, your customers will never be required to attend any sales or timeshare presentation. These are real, top quality Resorts and Hotels with no hidden fees or strings attached. We own and operate several high volume travel companies and we are simply helping these hotels fill what would otherwise be empty rooms which the hotels and resorts turn into additional revenue from these consumers spending money on the property, such as room service, spa, in-house restaurants, bar purchases, casino and extra day stay, etc. In addition, we will offer them additional incentives and upgrades that your client can choose to accept or decline such as additional nights upgrade room types etc. These will be optional upgrades Most upgrades and add ons are simple options such as larger room type bed configurations etc. attraction tickets and more. Your Client, however, will NEVER be required to upgrade.
We have traveled over 1 million families to date and have contracts with the world's leading hotel chains, and resorts to help them fill their otherwise empty rooms. We help fill empty rooms which the hotels, resorts turn into additional revenue from other areas of their property and future bookings. Hotels rarely experience full occupancy, yet they remain open, providing rooms and services at fixed costs. So when hotels give out their rooms by partnering with Marketingboost and RedeemVacations.com, they might miss out on the room fee, but they already didn't have that in the first place, at least now they have the opportunity to gain a customer for their in-house restaurants, room service, their casinos, an extra day stay, future bookings, etc. The benefit of why our program works so well is the fact that it's a win-win for everyone involved. You win because you gain more business from using our incentives. Your customers win because they received an awesome incentive gift from you. The resorts win because they gain additional revenue from other areas of their establishment that they otherwise would not have been able to get and they also have a new client that may book with them in the future. Redeem Vacations will also offer additional upgrades and incentives that your client can choose to accept or not.
With the Silver level membership, you can give away 10 Vacation incentives Monthly and 10 of each of the Restaurant incentives and 10 Hotel savings cards monthly. At the Gold Level, you can give away unlimited incentives of each category. As the Platinum level which is perfect for agencies or if you own multiple companies, you not only have can give away unlimited incentives but you can brand up to 5 different company names to send “from”. Your customers can use unlimited Hotel Savings cards and Restaurant vouchers and they can redeem 1 complimentary vacation incentive every 12 months
A common mistake we see with new Marketing Boost Members and also the members who automate their gifts and give them away like candy is that the customers expectations are not set properly.
We hear things like "are you going to cover their flights?", "is it all inclusive with my food and drinks?", "how come there is not as many options as expedia.com?", "but my client wants to use their free vacation on Christmas week" etc.
So it's a free bonus with the purchase of your product or service. I think it's important to set the client's expectations. Here is some example wording Jules and I send to our customers when we are sending a vacation incentive so that they understand it and are cool with the experience and use it and have a blast. Feel free to copy this and make your own version that works best for you.
"Hi ,
It’s a pleasure to work with you and we look forward to helping you with [state the benefit you will give them] at [your company name].
As you know we are currently providing our best customers like you with a bonus of a complimentary vacation hotel package. I’ve processed that and sent your hotel certificate your way just now.
How we are able to give you this amazing offer for free is that through our connections in the hotel industry we get access to unsold hotel rooms and are able to gift them to you our clients and partners in [your company name].
You will find that not every date is available as some dates the hotels have already marked certain days as booked out so just be a bit flexible with dates : )
Please click the link and redeem it (within 7 days so it does not expire). The hotel room is free but sorry we can’t avoid small government taxes and booking fees on the rooms. Say its a $250 a night hotel room, that is included free. The taxes and booking fees will be approx $19 a night (but it does vary from location to location) and obviously the only other main costs you will have your flights or car travel and food / drinks etc.
Once you get your email of confirmation you will then have up to 24 months to lock in your exact dates and travel.
One standard hotel room can take up to 2 adults and 2 kids.
Its super fun and a great thing to do with your family or loved ones. You will have an amazing time.
Enjoy.
Thanks,
Regards

We’re glad you asked. Here’s how it works. The hotel savings cards and can be offered to anyone anywhere. There are over 1 Million Hotels available to use the savings at, around the world and the end-user can pay in dozens of different currencies. The Restaurant incentives are only redeemable in the United States and Canada. Our Complementary Vacation stay incentives can be used by anyone from any country as long as the destination they are redeeming is at least 100 Miles or 160 kilometers away from the end users residence. In other words, the end-user or your customer cannot use a vacation incentive to stay at a hotel in their own city they must be traveling a minimum of 100 miles.
Yes, our digital incentives created will be assigned an expiration date 7 days out from the date you sent it. Please note that the expiration date shown on the digital incentives only pertains to the actual activation of the incentive. After your customers activate a vacation incentive, they will have at least 24 months to travel. To activate the guest simply needs to pay the daily taxes and fees that correspond to the incentive online. Currently, the activation must be paid in $US dollars, we will offer this in other currencies as soon as possible.
The business model works best when the customer activates right away otherwise most will forget they even received it. During this 14 day period, we will send them up to 3 emails to remind them to activate. Our redemption rate is the highest in the industry because the 14-day expiration date provides a sense of urgency to activate and use it. Another important reason is that the 14-day expiration date is there to protect our business and your business in the event our contracts change with the participating properties and travel companies, we can easily update or change our offers. This way we do not expose ourselves or your company to discontinued incentives in circulation that may be redeemed at any time in the future.
No. The expiration date pertains to activation of the vacation incentive only. Once your customer activates by paying the taxes and fees of a vacation incentive they will then have at least 24 months to travel. Example for our US resorts the activation fee is $19.45 per night and our Mexico offers is $19.70 per night.
No. We do not do any other marketing to your incentive recipient. We respect our business partners and have no intention of spamming your clients with email. We will send up to 3 email reminders during the first 14 days prior to the incentive expiration to remind them to activate. If they do activate then they have become a customer of ours as well and we may need to have further communication with this customer concerning the reservation, or reminding them to book dates etc.
Yes, you can! Each incentive has a "Compliments Of" area. You have the option to fill this area in with your business name, or website.
Your customer may activate a incentive online by paying the resort taxes and fees per night. Once they activate within 14 days of receiving the digital incentive your customer will have 24 months to choose travel dates. The end-user will get email receipt and links to redeemvacations.com to search for dates and be able to choose from participating hotels for desired dates based on availability. The process is all online. To date, we have redeemed tens of thousands of digital incentives and have a fantastic reputation that we are proud of!
Your customers can activate a Complimentary Hotel Stay incentive once a year maximum. This means your customer can take advantage of one vacation incentive once every twelve months from previous travel. Also they cannot redeem the same destination or specific hotel or hotel chain more than once.
These incentives are meant to be used to generate NEW business or NEW prospects, not for your personal use as a MarketingBoost member for each new destination or to simply be giving vacations to the same people or friends and family or staff, etc. This is meant to be a tool to generate new Prospects or Customers for each of you. Not for personal use to each destination. We encourage all members to try us out and use one of the vacation incentives to see how the program works.
These incentives are meant to be used to generate new business or new prospects not for your personal use or to be simply giving away vacations to the same people or friends and family or your staff etc.
This is a tool to generate new leads referrals or sales to grow your business and ours. Not for personal use to each destination.
We encourage all members to try us out and sample one of the destinations and use the incentives to see how the program works. The restaurant and hotel savings cards can be used as often as you would like to send them out. The complimentary hotel stay incentives are limited to one per household per year maximum.
No. You may not. Reselling or bartering the incentives will cause us to void the incentive. This will violate our terms, conditions, and agreements you accept before using our incentives. The agreements we maintain with our hotel and resort companies prevent us from competing against or jeopardizing their published rack rate. If you were able to sell these incentives, there would be no way to prevent a member from selling our incentives directly to the end-user, thereby creating competition and lowering our partner properties' published rates. So they cannot be sold or bartered for services in any way.
This is a great question. At Marketingboost.com we teach all of our customers NOT to necessarily use the word "Free" when promoting our incentives. Instead, we promote the use of words and phrases such as "Included with Purchase," or "Complimentary Vacation incentive," or "Selected To Receive." This way you are still getting the same response rates as if you did use the word "Free" We also do suggest that you find ways to disclose the terms to your customers. For example, it is a good idea to say something like. You will receive a 3 night complimentary hotel stay on us, You will only be responsible for personal expenses such as hotel taxes, resort fees if any, food, and beverages as well as transportation.
If you prefer to pay the fees for your clients you can do this by funding your “MarketingBoost Wallet” and prepaying the fees for your clients to provide a truly free couples getaway. The Wallet must be funded with a minimum of $500 US to use this option.
We definitely encourage our members to use the incentives for themselves. We want you to be excited to be able to offer our incentives to your customers.
It is a great idea for members to use them as incentives for employees to meet their goals, but keep in mind that they are not meant for group travel. Our incentives are to be used for promotional use only and are not designed for group travel. You would not be able to put together a group vacation package using our incentives for your employees/staff or network marketing downline organization. You would not be able to continue to give away these vacations to the same team members as the limitations are only 1 per household per year.
There are very specific regulations regarding "gifting" your clients in these industries. We are not your lawyers but It is our understanding that if you were to use an incentive as a way to "bribe" a customer or anyone for that matter into sending you referrals it would be against regulation. However, if you use it as a gift after the purchase, just as a thank you to your customer, it is our understanding that this scenario would be in compliance. This was found directly on the RESPA website: Can a lender give a borrower an incentive, such as a chance to win a trip or a rebate, for doing business with the lender? RESPA does not prohibit a lender or other settlement provider from giving the borrower an incentive for doing business with it as long as the incentive is not based on the borrower referring business to the lender. Also, you can use incentives as lead generators to help boost response rates to your ads. I.E. "Find out what your home is worth get a No obligation home value report and receive a complimentary vacation incentive, No Purchase Necessary." You are not requiring anyone to pay you any money so this strategy would be in compliance. We have heard that Insurance companies cannot spend more than $12 on a gift for a customer. Since you pay a Flat FEE to give away as many as you need; how much did the incentive end up costing you if you factor the annual price divided by how many you gave away that month?. Also, since your customer has to participate by sending in fees to receive the incentive gift, you are not actually giving them a vacation that you paid for. You are simply presenting them with the opportunity to take advantage of a really great offer if they are willing to participate. Since you are not purchasing the vacations outright, using our marketing incentives in these industries is compliant. You may want to consult with an attorney in your market to ensure you are in compliance.
Great Questions we are glad you asked as this is one of the benefits that set us apart. Although we may promote specific properties with each incentive destination. For Example currently, we are featuring the Mayan Palace resorts in Mexico However, If the property we promote is not availed based on availability we may be able to give the user other great choices they can pick from. Keep in mind that these are promotional offers to fill what would otherwise be an empty hotel room. Your customer will be able to choose the hotel from our featured list. The properties that participate in these promotional offers release the unoccupied inventory to us just 30 days ahead of time thus it requires the end user to give us a minimum of 30 days advance notice to book dates which will provide your customer with significant savings on their travel. We also recommend your customer choose weekdays vs weekends and avoid major holidays for best hotel options and availability.
Yes, your customers do get to choose the destinations that they wish to travel to. Even if they activated an Orlando vacation but later want to upgrade or switch to Vegas or other destination they can do so. They may need to pay the difference in taxes and fees if applicable.
These do not work for last minute bookings. Customer must book with a minimum of 30 days advance notice prior to preferred or selected check-in dates. So as long as the guest is booking more than 30 days out we can fulfill based on the availability of course. The properties that we work with release their unoccupied inventory to us daily with 30 days out, so there is no way around this. Remember, we are filling otherwise empty rooms for the participating properties and this is the time frame that they use to project what their occupancy will be. Based on what their projection is will determine how many allotments they can provide to us for these promotions. The one exception is when and if available if the guest agrees to an upgrade that requires a resort preview we may be able to get them in with less than 30 days advance notice.
The taxes and fees are based on a few factors, examples include but are not limited to local tourism and bed taxes, value-added tax, sales tax based on the full rack rate of the accommodations, maid service fees, zone surcharges, travel agency fees, federal, state, local, or municipal taxes, etc. most average only about $20 US per night.
The recipient of one of these incentives will receive 4 days 3 nights luxury hotel accommodation room rate free of charge, which retail is valued at up to $250 per night, in the US and up to $350 per night at many of the International destinations, however recipient is responsible for all other expenses including but not limited to: airfare, transfers, food & beverages, gratuities, resort fees if applicable, and any other personal or miscellaneous expenses.
Resort fees are commonplace in the travel industry. As a matter of fact, over 96% of tourists traveling to Orlando or Las Vegas now have to pay a resort fee when they check-in at the resort. This is so common now that it’s just expected for any seasoned traveler.
When you award someone a complimentary vacation through Marketing Boost, you are giving them a vacation that is valued at up to $750 for Orlando or Las Vegas for example and up to $1,750 in internationally, depending on where and the time of year they travel. Now with over 50 destinations, the value is incredible!
Here are examples of resort fees for properties we use for the complimentary hotel stay incentives:
Las Vegas at the hotels we use run from $16.00 to $38.00 per night
Orlando at the hotels we use run from $5.00 to $12.00 per night depending on hotel and season.
Gatlinburg / Branson / Williamsburg run from zero to $12.00 depending on hotel and season.
Daytona Beach runs from $15 to $20 per night based on the season.
Myrtle Beach SC runs from $5 to $15 depending on the season.
Mexico hotels we use are from $10.00 to $14.00 per night based on the season.
The above are just examples of resort fees.
With over 50 destinations we will not list them all here however if there is a resort fee it will be disclosed when the end-user chooses travel dates and property.
Resort fees cover items like WiFi Internet Access, Local Calls, Resort Amenities,
Fitness Centers, In-room Safes, Beach Chairs, Umbrellas, Beach/pool towels, activities and more.
The short answer is YES. The incentives include from 2 to 4 people in the room and vary by destination. Most hotels accommodate up to 4 persons and upgrades for additional persons over 2 may be required based on the hotel of choice. If traveling with extra adults or children upgrades may be available to accommodate. The upgrades require the purchase of additional rooms or larger suites. Prices for upgrade options and or additional children etc. depend on room availability and seasonality so prices cannot be quoted until travel dates are selected. All upgrade options will be online where the end user can select the option to upgrade or continue to search for other participating properties. These promotional incentives are designed for couples or small families. More than 4 persons will be harder to accommodate with these promotions and in some cases not possible. ONLY one incentive will be honored per household or friends & relatives traveling together. Group travel or combining these incentives to travel with friends and family is not allowed there are extra costs for additional rooms or room nights
No sorry, these vacation incentives cannot be used for groups of more than 1 room. The hotels that are offering this promotion will honor only one package per family, friends, acquaintances, or known groups traveling on the same, similar, and/or adjoining arrival and departure dates. There are additional costs associated with group travel. They also will not be available to use during conventions or other special events.
This incentive activation is FINAL & NON-REFUNDABLE end user will have 24 months to travel and can choose from all available destinations to find travel dates and vacation options.
Once dates are confirmed with the incentive no changes will be allowed. Cancellations after dates are confirmed will result in forfeiture of the activation fees. (The inventory used for these rooms are not as flexible as booking at retail rack rates, once confirmed changes will not be allowed and cancellations or no-shows will result in forfeiture of fees paid)
No the resorts we offer for the incentive will not be all-inclusive. The recipient of this incentive is responsible for all expenses including but not limited to: airfare, transfers, food, gratuities, and any other miscellaneous expenses. This incentive cannot be combined with any other promotional vacation offer.
We will, however, offer the incentive holder opportunities to upgrade to a different resort with an All-Inclusive plan starting at only $199 and $299 per couple for the entire stay. This upgrade option will save the user nearly $1500 in value compared to anywhere else. The user will be asked to attend a resort discovery tour of the property where they will introduce them to the benefits of resort membership or ownership and their frequent visitor plans. This takes a quick 90 minutes and will provide your client with an additional $1000 in savings. This type of upgrade option is only available for a limited number of destinations.
No, the flights are not included. The recipient of this incentive is responsible for all expenses including but not limited to: airfare, transfers, food, gratuities, and any other miscellaneous expenses. This incentive cannot be combined with any other promotional vacation offer.
With these promotional offers, the resorts are hoping customers will make up for the loss in room revenue with spending on the property at the restaurants, spa, casino, etc. For this reason and others they are requiring that at least 1 person in the party be over the age of 21 for all the resorts and a passport to travel if overseas, they must also have a Major credit or a bank debit card with a Visa or Mastercard logo plus a valid government-issued ID to check-in. (In other words, they must not be cash customers with no recourse for damage to rooms, etc.) incentive users must also reside at least 100 miles or 160 kilometers away from the participating resort. So, for example, a resident of Orlando cannot use the Orlando stay but instead could use the Las Vegas hotel stay.
There are NO timeshare presentations required to use this vacation incentive or any other hoops you will need to jump to redeem. Simply activate online by prepaying the hotel taxes and fees associated with the destination. After activation, login online and search for your preferred participating resort/hotel and preferred travel dates
The expiration date on this incentive pertains only to the redemption or activation of this incentive and not actual travel. You must activate this incentive within 7 days of receiving it. Travel can be completed within 24 months after activation. This incentive cannot be combined with any other hotel stay or promotional vacation offer. This incentive cannot be used in conjunction with another similar or same promotional offer.
GROUP travel is NOT allowed only one incentive per household and resort/hotel is allowed. Reedeemvacations.com will only honor one incentive per family, friends, acquaintances or known groups traveling on the same, similar and/or adjoining arrival and departure dates. Unfortunately, only 1 party among friends, family, acquaintances or known groups can use the complimentary vacation incentive for the same or overlapping travel dates. Otherwise, there are additional costs associated with group travel.
The room types available with this incentive are for a maximum of 2 adults and at least 1 occupant must be over the age of 21. The incentive is designed for couples or singles and up to 2 adults in one room, some properties however may allow for up to 2 additional children up to the age of 12 in the same room based on room type, and bed configurations. When adding children to your search you are likely to see fewer hotel choices.
This incentive will be considered void if bartered or purchased by the recipient. The incentive is valid for a reservation request offering Resort/Hotel Accommodations in your choice of destinations provided by redeemvacations.com Your cost to activate and redeem this incentive and book the reservation includes our recovery fees, local government taxes, and tourism fees which vary by destination. The main reservation holder must also have a Major credit or a bank debit card with a Visa or Mastercard or American Express logo, plus a valid government-issued ID to check-in.
The recipient of this incentive will receive luxury hotel accommodation room rate free of charge, which retail is valued at up to $350 US per night, however recipient is responsible for all other expenses including but not limited to: airfare, transfers, food & beverages, gratuities, resort fees if applicable and any other personal or miscellaneous expenses. (Resort fees are now commonplace in hotels around the world however not always applicable. For example in Orlando FL they run from $5.00 to $13.00 per night, In Las Vegas resort fees run from $16.00 to $38 per night Paid directly to the resort. If applicable the resort fees will be disclosed when choosing a hotel and preferred travel dates. Resort fees cover items like WiFi Internet Access, Local Calls, & Resort amenities).
All reservations require a minimum of 30 days advance notice to book. Reservations are based on availability and will not be available during major holidays or resort special events. Check-in is available 7 days a week. Weekends may have a small additional surcharge.
This incentive activation is FINAL & NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-TRANSFERABLE, the end user will have 24 months to choose from available travel dates and participating resort/hotel options. Once travel dates are confirmed no changes will be allowed. Cancellations after dates are confirmed will result in forfeiture of the activation fees. (The inventory used for these rooms are not as flexible as booking at regular retail rack rates, once confirmed changes will not be allowed and cancellations or no-shows will result in forfeiture of fees paid)
The user must reside at least 100 miles or 160 kilometers away from the destination resort of choice or choose a different resort offer from the available destination options.
